Made from fresh cuts of pork shoulder and belly from heavy Italian pigs, the products in the Campagna range come in large and small formats, in a natural gut casing ground to a medium-large grain texture (for the small formats) or large, fine grain (for the large formats).

Our “High Quality” Prosciutto Cotto (cooked ham) is made exclusively from Italian pork and is a unique product that strikes the perfect balance between full-bodied flavour and delicate, soft texture.
