Materìn Cooked Salami
Materìn is the cooked salami par excellence: the Piedmontese specialty that has made Brizio a brand recognized everywhere and that the founder Matteo Brizio (Materìn) has been able to enhance with his recipe.
The raw material consists of carefully trimmed pork shoulders, the characteristic cubes of lard and the curing, stuffed into a natural casing called "bondeana" (or "tascone") and cooked in a bain-marie.
Gluten-free - dairy-free - no added polyphosphates.
