The FiordiFesta Salami Line identifies those haute charcuterie products "reserved" for great occasions. These salamis are rigorously stuffed into natural gentile gut, hand-tied and slowly aged in our cellars, including a variant flavored with the addition of the most "noble" of Piedmontese wines, Barolo DOCG. Highest care in the selection of meats - hand processed and exclusively from heavy Italian pork - and slow curing characterize the final result. Gluten-free, without milk and its derivatives.
