Salame al Barolo FiordiFesta Brizio is a Rosetta with the addition of the noblest of Piedmontese wines, Barolo DOCG (minimum 2.5 percent in the mixture), which gives the salami color and a stronger taste, enhancing its aromas and scents.
The salami is stuffed into a natural gentile gut, hand-tied and aged slowly in the cellar. You can taste the great taste and quality of Brizio products.
The silver foil band embellishes its presentation.
