The Antica Salumeria "Brizio Matteo" line is dedicated to stores, delicatessens and butcheries, and offers typical Piedmontese salami in different sizes. The raw material comes exclusively from domestic heavy pigs, and the best cuts, after careful trimming, are minced and mixed with the flavoring made according to the historical recipes of "Nonno Materin." The addition of wine in the mixture enhances its aromas and flavors. All the products are stuffed in natural gut (except for the Crespone), tied and cured slowly in our cellars. They are not only high quality products, but a great tribute to the founder and creator of the Brizio brand, Nonno Materìn. Gluten-free Storage: in a cool and dry place
