Fresh lard from national pigs with vein, dry-salted and with the lean parts in the center as the DOUBLE SALTED LARD, but with the addition of herbs from the Cuneo valleys in order to allow a long aging period. Nicely squared and pressed "brick-like." Soft and aromatic, DOPPIO LARDO ALLE ERBE Brizio is a must-have specialty.
